Our story
GARBEL was founded in 2025 in Guatemala City on a simple belief: growing companies deserve the same level of strategy, structure and control as large corporations.
The firm was founded by Diego García Bellamy, who brings 15+ years in general and commercial management across Central America, Mexico and the Caribbean. Along the way he led a national company to regional market leadership, opened operations in 7 countries, returned a chronically unprofitable company to profitability in under 8 months, and positioned a fintech startup as a market reference in Guatemala.
